NFDEVELOPMENT is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in Website Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Business CRM. We’ve built the systems, processes, and infrastructure to scale — now we’re looking for a driven Full Sales Cycle Representative who can help us acquire new business and elevate our growth.
This role combines lead generation, appointment setting, sales presentations, and closing deals. You’ll have full control over your schedule, work remotely, and earn competitive commissions for each closed project. If you're a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the thrill of closing, this is the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct discovery calls and present our Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Branding packages.
- Hop on scheduled meetings with warm leads and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from outreach → meeting → proposal → close.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and represent NF DEVELOPMENT with professionalism and clarity.
- Collaborate with our leadership team for strategy alignment and client handoff.
- Track leads, conversations, and progress using our CRM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of websites, branding, digital marketing, and online business basics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Driven by goals, performance, and results.
Compensation
- Commission-Based: Earn 10%–15% per closed deal (high-ticket services).
